Here is a list of "attractions" for visitors to New York City. As a New Yorkian I have to consider the use of this word offensive as I do not live in a theme park but rather a diverse multicultural metro area unparalelled by any but like some.

Stepping into Central Park really is like stepping out of the city.
This park serves as the backyard to millions that don't have one in the city.
The funny thing is when I lived in the burbs I never went in my backyard.
perhaps this is why the park is never too croweded. The park is full of fun activities
almost all year round.
Tennis Central Park
Tennis courts are available in Central Park to use by permit. You can join as a member of the park and use these courts. There are rules and getting court times can be tough at times. We always go in the early monring and wait in line.
