Actor James Ransone, known for his roles in 'The Wire,' 'It: Chapter Two,' dead at 46

James Ransone, the actor who played Ziggy Sobotka in the HBO series “The Wire,” has died. He also appeared in “It: Chapter Two,” “The Black Phone” and “Black Phone 2.”
