Bronx teen freed without bail despite gun charge accused of murdering 18-year-old man

The victim, Dellin Scarlett suffered gunshot wounds to his shoulder, chest, both arms, lower abdomen and both legs. He was transported to Jacobi Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
