Navy SEAL candidate killed during ‘Hell Week’ ID’d as 24-year-old NJ man

A Navy SEAL candidate who died during “Hell Week” training over the weekend was identified Sunday as 24-year-old Kyle Mullen of Manalapan, NJ.
