Anyone who’s worked in the internet business and even those that have not should realize that the left overs of the former NetSol, Web.com, is a giant LOSER.
Here’s what you get with Web.com:
- A higher price per year per domain
- A poorly designed website UI/UX discourages self service
- The design of the site encourages calling in
- Their support staff is poorly trained and less able to solve simple issues without support from supervisors.
Summary:
The value offering from Web.com is simply not worth it. Use Godaddy.com, get a better rate and a better interface with better support.
