Putin ally and Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin says Taiwan will be ‘returned’ to China

A close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin and CEO of state-owned oil company Rosneft, Igor Sechin, claimed that Taiwan was “on schedule” to be returned to China.
