Unidentified man, 51, fatally shot in East Flatbush

A 51-year-old man was fatally shot in East Flatbush Saturday morning, police said. Cops responding to a 911 call for Utica Avenue and Rutland Road at 10 a.m. found the unidentified victim shot in the head outside 575 Utica Ave., an NYPD spokesman said.
