Learn to Make Sichuanese Food at MOCATalks

Author Fuchsia Dunlop talks about her updated and revised cookbook, “Land of Plenty,” at the Museum of Chinese in America’s MOCATalks series on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at 6:30pm.

They write:

As The New York Times has said, Dunlop has “done more to explain real Chinese cooking to non-Chinese cooks than anyone.”
