The coronavirus has struck the Seton Hall Pirates. The men’s basketball team paused team activities Wednesday because of two positive COVID-19 cases among the program’s “Tier 1” personnel, including one player, a source told The Post’s Zach Braziller. “Tier 1” personnel includes student athletes, coaches, staff and managers, according to a statement by Seton Hall….
