Andrew Cuomo says FU

After Andrew Cuomo’s address in to days TV message, it’s clear he has completely missed the part about elected public servant and the very job he accepted to perform.

  • He is putting the initiation of change back on the people. He knows the people can’t organize to the extent they can create an itemized list of changes they want when, in order to do so, that organized body of citizens would need to not only read all current policy but also understand it fully. It’s not IMPOSSIBLE but nearly impossible.
  • He’s putting change on the people, we hire him to organize, process and execute on change in our society. If he feels the need, why not do something? Instead, just put it back on the people where he knows no one will stand up.
  • He has bought into “relevancy” where he’s trending and people are listening. It’s a powerful feeling to heard in an age of social networks. He’s old school and has our TV attention. We listened last month, we realize now that he doesn’t know what he’s talking about and though he’s listening to scientists, he’s pretending to process that data and apply to us insincerely. I don’t believe him any more.
  • He tells us to wear a mask, he tells us to stay at home, yet he really is enjoying freedoms many do not have as evidence by his wonderful eyeglass tan. Something is going on.
  • He is punishing those in his state that he likely has wanted to punish for a long time. He has the power to do so.
