Remember NYC in the 80’s? How many of us lived here and lived through a time that saw common crime, prostitution, drug use and needles in the streets?
Recently, more and more reports and articles have emerged written about the ongoing struggles of their biggest cities. Many of those cities face the same challenges NYC faced in the 80’s.
The question before us all is what’s different? What changed? What in NYC’s history can be applied to help the state wide crisis?
