Since their birth citi bike has been enjoyed great success in the increase of participation by city dwellers. Sadly, the model for transportation alternatives here is failing. Unknown to many, Citi Bike constantly fights a bike migration pattern the leave popular docks empty and frequented return dock full. To control and help resolve the patterns, Citi Bike has moved bikes during the work day. Unfortunately, moves are not scheduled and service suffers.
I pay dues because I believe but it’s getting harder and harder as service declines further
