Heat advisory paralyzes citibike
We report issues in the city when they occur and today Citibike members should be advised that their docking stations maybe full and they’re full service manned dock stations will be empty of staff as will staff to reposition bikes
essentially it’s like a full shutdown outside of the base electronic infrastructure.
love the idea, the implementation could use some help.
