No bikes as usual on the Upper West Side. It’s a chronic problem that plagues the members here and there appears to be no solution in site.
To add to the frustration, no representives from the company were available for comment. We were on hold for 30 minutes.
It may be that this business model either barely works or is only profitable in a zero maintainence condition.
