Coronavirus Update: NY, NJ, CT add 3 states, Puerto Rico, Washington DC to mandatory quarantine list

New York, New Jersey and Connecticut have added three states, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico to the list from which travelers are required to self-quarantine for 14 days, for a total of 34 states covering more than half the nation.
