Watch the dramatic rescue of a tiny dog from a huge cliff in Chenzhou, China. The terrified animal was apparently abandoned by its caretaker before firefighters arrived to the scene. Last week, another dog was rescued from a frozen pond by a brave police officer in upstate New York.
