Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) refused to sign on to a statement condemning last weekend’s harassment of Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) unless it included language pressuring her to change her stance on the proposed $3.5 trillion social spending bill, Axios reported late Wednesday.
