Zipcar gets failing support grade post Avis

In the years post Avis purchase, Zipcar has been placed in the proverbial “passengers seat” at Avis Corporate.

Support levels have declined to the point where terms self serve and car share have turned from a service mantra of a budding startup to a ultra literal translation at Avis that speaks more to, “you get what you pay for”.
