20 dogs rescued from ‘deplorable conditions’ in NYC apartment

Twenty pooches were rescued Thursday from the “deplorable conditions” inside a Brooklyn apartment — where the dog “excrement” leaked through the ceiling into a child’s bedroom, police said.
