The former warehouse at 16 Desbrosses Street in TriBeCa, center, was converted into an artists’ community about 16 years ago. Matthew Ritchie and his wife, Garland Hunter, who were among the original owners, are selling their two-bedroom there. The price for unit 3N is $4 million, according to the listing broker, Terry Naini of Brown Harris Stevens.
