A man was beaten and robbed in a racially motivated attack on the Lower East Side, according to police. The 37-year-old victim was walking home near Suffolk and Broome streets about 2:05 a.m. on Monday when the crook walked up to him and punched him in the chest, forcing him to the ground, police said….
