Connecticut dad accused of forcing child to eat his own feces

Kevin Grant, 33, of Naugatuck, is facing more charges from a child abuse investigation that began in 2020 after police learned of additional despicable allegations from the children’s foster parent this May, according to an affidavit, obtained by WFSB.
