New York’s coronavirus positivity rate ticked up slightly as the number of those hospitalized with the bug continued to fall. The positivity rate went to 4.75 percent up from 4.65 percent a day earlier, Gov. Cuomo said Saturday. The positivity rate in the five boroughs Friday, measured on a seven day average, was 5.24 percent….
