Downtown Brooklyn Shake Shack sues to keep seating area
The Downtown Brooklyn Shake Shack is fighting to keep most of its seating, according to a lawsuit. The glass-walled sidewalk cafe dominates the corner of Fulton Street and Brooklyn Bridge Boulevard, where it opened in 2011.
