French President Emmanuel Macron has decided not to lock down France for a third time as the country continues to log upward of 24,000 new infections daily. Beginning Sunday, France will close its borders to all non-essential travelers outside the European Union. Those traveling within the EU, must show a negative coronavirus test before re-entering….
