Handcuffed perp escapes police custody in Brooklyn
Cops were hunting Saturday night for a handcuffed prisoner who slipped out of custody near the Brooklyn House of Detention. The prisoner, identified by cops as Jose, Bisono, 31, bolted from police at 5:40 p.m. on Schermerhorn Street despite being cuffed with both hands behind his back.
