‘House of the Dragon’ review: Brutal, creepy ‘Game of Thrones’ prequel could set viewers on fire

While the spinoff is hardly a masterpiece, it is an addictively watchable series full of juicy drama, palace intrigue and crowd-pleasing “GoT” nostalgia.
