New York’s COVID-19 cases hit post-holiday low

New York’s COVID-19 positivity rate has dipped to the lowest level since before Thanksgiving. The rate hit 3.06 percent Friday, a number not seen since Nov. 23, Gov Cuomo said Saturday. Friday’s positivity rate, when measured on a seven-day average, was 3.53 percent statewide. In was 4.4 percent in New York City. Hospitalizations also continued…
