NYC Lounge Serving Up 5 Spiked Hot Chocolate
A 20-pound, spiked hot cocoa is coming to Manhattan lounge PHD Terrace at Dream Midtown. The giant drink is on offer from January 31 – February 14 and costs $375, but organizers say it serves 22 people. Book ahead.
