Russia pounds recaptured Kherson with missiles, steps up attacks on power grid

At least 10 civilians were killed and dozens more injured in a barrage of missile strikes unleashed by the Russian forces against the recently liberated Kherson, as millions of Ukrainians were without power, heat or water following some of the worst attacks against the country’s infrastructure since the start of the war.
