Ernesto’s Cafe and Wine Bar Now Open Daily
Ernesto’s Cafe and Wine Bar (259 E. Broadway at Montgomery St.) is now open, accompanying the Basque-inspired restaurant from chef Ryan Bartlow (Quality Eats, Frenchette), which debuted in January to glowing reviews.
The cafe, located next door to the restaurant, is open during the day and serves coffee and pastries, and teas with names like, “I’m Unwell,” made with ginger, orange and smoked black tea.
The cafe is open Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm and on Saturday from 8am-4pm.
It turns it to a wine bar in the evenings, Monday- Saturday, at 5:30pm, offering wines by the glass and small plates from the restaurant.
